About Fit4Life
Fit4Life are highly motivated and professional physio trained exercise specialists that have a real passion for rehabilitation and fitness.
Having both graduated from Keele University we went to work for the NHS in various hospitals in and around London. Here we gained vital knowledge into the different areas of physio, the importance of exercising post surgery and the specifics on how to do this effectively and safely.
With a desire to travel and enthusiasm for sport we went to Ghana, and headed the medical team, for the leading Premiership football team 'Hearts of Oak'. Here we were responsible for the treatment and fitness of the footballers some of whom represented Ghana in the 2006 World Cup finals in Germany.
Upon returning to England we have been heavily involved in sports academies, providing physiotherapy and developing training programmes to talented young sports men and women, some of whom have competed at commonwealth level.
With an endeavor to heighten our knowledge and our commitment to continued professional development we have undertaken courses specifically in exercise and now also specialise in personal training. Having trained numerous clients for a variety of goals we firmly believe our experience and personable approach, help clients to feel relaxed, stay motivated and most of all, get the results whilst having fun with their training.
