Fit4Life Personal Training


Fit4Life training rarely uses fixed movement patterns, we predominantly use exercises that incorporate different planes of movement, mirroring both sporting and functional activities in everyday life. By using this method we allow the body’s stabilising and neutralising muscles to switch on; thereby increasing the training effect upon the body, burning more calories and increasing metabolic rate. By choosing functional exercises that replicate natural human movement patterns, such as to bend, squat, lunge, push, press, twist and jump we challenge the body’s systems as a whole unit mimicking exactly how the body should work. This approach guarantees not only that you will burn calories and look good, but that you will actually perform everyday tasks or leisure/sporting pursuits much better.

Fit4Life clients undergo a kinetic chain profile to check for posture, balance, range of motion, joint integrity and core function. This is where the truly PERSONAL aspect of each programme is determined. Information gathered here will be used to create a unique programme, tailor-made to your individual body type and function integrating YOUR fitness goals. This programme will be combined with a nutritional plan that is fundamental to you reaching your goals.
